Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, of course! After payment of the deposit, I offer the option of spreading the payment over 2, 3 or 4 monthly instalments to allow you to invest in your business with peace of mind.

Before the quote is prepared, simply request that payment be made in instalments.

How long does the creative process take?

The main factors impacting completion time are:

  • the submission of all elements necessary for the design before launching the project
  • the response time at each key stage of the project where validation is required in order to proceed
  • the number of back-and-forth exchanges and therefore the number of revisions to be made

For a visual identity, it takes around 4 to 6 weeks. Same for a one-page showcase website.

For a multi-page showcase website, an e-commerce website or an online training platform, you should allow at least 8 to 12 weeks.

Is it necessary to have a graphic charter before creating a website?

There are three possible scenarios:

  • You have a graphic charter but it no longer suits you: I will revamp your graphic charter ahead of the web design and development work to provide you with a new graphic charter and a website that reflects your image.
  • You already have a graphic charter: in this case, you provide me with the elements you have and I will create your website taking these elements into account.
  • You are just starting your business and do not yet have a graphic charter: not to worry, I can create your visual identity and website to provide you with a consistent and compelling visual universe that will effectively convey your message across all your communication channels.

Is content writing included in the website creation package?

No, my website creation services do not include writing content for the website (pages, legal documents, blog articles). Copywriting requires time, specific skills and a thorough understanding of the codes specific to a given sector of activity.

I will need you to provide me with the texts to be included on the website prior to the mock-up phase.

If you wish, I can introduce you to excellent freelance web copywriters or translators who specialise in SEO or inclusive writing, among other areas. I can also recommend a law professional to draft your mandatory legal documents (legal notices, privacy policy, terms and conditions).
